Little Steps Therapies is a small, close-knit team of Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists. We value evidence-based and family-centred practice, as well as ongoing professional development and growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Build your own caseload, based on your areas of special interest and personal development goals.
• Pursue clinic-based and/or community access therapy models based on your areas of interest.
• The opportunity to expand your breadth by supervising university students and allied health assistants.
• Learn and develop through our clinical development program that provides a structured professional development plan, and access to paid external workshops and opportunities.
• Work alongside our senior Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists.
• A team that will hold your hand through your clinical journey, and support you through life's ups and downs.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• You hold a passion for working with children in private practice, and hold experience working in this setting.
• You are confident in your clinical skills and take pride in the quality of your work.
• You value evidence based practice, and have a desire to pursue ongoing development and learning.
• You enjoy establishing long term relationships with clients and families.
• You hold a high level of written and communication skills.
• You hold a high level of emotional intelligence.
